By default, PIQ is designed to auto-assign your customer's equipment choice by way of telling them their spot number. It will assign in numerical order starting with seat #1 and work its way up, as an example, seat #15 (whatever you have established as your class capacity).
Please Note:
- If you prefer to have your customer select their seat please see our guide How-to: Create a Room Layout.
- Class capacity is established (and respected) by what you have set within ClubReady's 'Max Attendees Per Class' option; see more here.
To reverse the order in which seats are assigned (starting with seat #15 instead of #1):
1. Manage: In the Manage menu go to Site Settings.
2. (Auto Sync) Assign Seat in Reverse Order?: Toggle on (green).
3. Update: Make sure you save your changes!
