Written Instructions
1. New Room Layout: Under the locations dashboard, navigate to Room Layout > New Room Layout.
2. Name the Room: Enter in the Room Layout Name. Please note, If you do not have a PerformanceIQ data tracking system disregard the Email Type.
3. Add Image (Optional): You can choose a custom image for the booking spots. When the customer views the room layout, the custom image will show for the booking spots and when hovering over the spot, the spot number will appear. If no custom image is used, the spot numbers are visible the entire time.
- The image must be a PNG file.
- Pro Tip: While there's no strict file size limit, optimizing for smaller image sizes typically enhance visual quality.
4. Design Layout: Adjust the rows and columns based on the arrangement of the bikes; treadmills; rowers.
5. Setup Spots: Click on the square tile to edit the spot. It will highlight red and then right click to display the options.
The option to edit multiple square tiles at one time is possible by clicking on the tiles one by one or clicking, holding, and dragging. Then right clicking on any of them to get the menu option;
Create Seat: Creates a booking spot.
Create Fan Spot: Creates a fan spot.
Create TV Spot: Creates a TV spot.
Create Speaker Spot: Creates a speaker spot.
Create Instructor Spot: Creates an instructor spot.
6. Create Seat: Once you have the seat selection set, click on 'Create Seat,' and you be able to number them.
7. Assign Class Type: The room layout then needs to be attached to a Class Type in the class schedule for spot booking. Navigate to the Class Types tab, use the drop down, choose the appropriate room layout that has been created, and then click Save layout assignments.
