*Referral types can only be managed/configured by those with Admin access. Any adjustments made to the referral types are brand-wide changes.
After logging in to the PIQ Admin Portal, navigate to Manage > Referral Types.
If no referral types are listed, select Sync Referral Types from ClubReady to populate referral types from ClubReady. If a new referral type is created in ClubReady, it will need to be manually synced using the Sync Referral Types from ClubReady button.
Once referral types are synced, they can be selected and moved over to the Active Referral Types list.
A referral type can then be set as the default referral type for when a new user signs up through the PIQ lead forms and when a user was referred by another member.
Please Note: Only the referral types listed as Active will populate in the drop down.
When creating a new user in the PIQ Admin Portal, only the referral types listed as Active will populate in the drop down for Referral Type.
