Personalize your customer's name on your class leaderboard using this easy step-by-step guide!
Please Note:
- If you utilize equipment (stationary bikes, rowing machines, or treadmills) to run your classes and a username is not added, the leaderboard will display the customer's first and last name.
- If you utilize heart rate monitors and a username is not added, the leaderboard will appear blank for the customer.
- It is also optional for the customer to mask their name on the leaderboard.
1. Profile: Log into the mobile app and select Profile from the bottom, right corner.
2. ANT+ Heart Rate Monitors: Open the ANT+ (etc) page.
3. Edit: Click the Edit button.
Please Note: If the customer (or staff member) has yet to add a heart rate monitor to their profile, you will see only the a '+ HRM' button to add one.
4. Username: Sixth from the top will see the option to add or edit the customer's leaderboard name.
Please Note: If the customer (or staff) has yet to add a username to their profile, you will see 'Username' in its place.
5. Update: Remember to save your changes by selecting 'Update'.
