Through the custom branded member app through PIQ, your members can easily refer their friends to the club and have it reflect in ClubReady.
In the custom branded app, members will navigate to Profile > Refer a Friend.
After clicking "Refer a Friend", your phone will pop up with different options on where to share your referral link. At the top, it will show you the most recent people you have texted, allow you to share via messages, social media, or copy the link. Once you have selected, it will show the link and have you send to your friend!
Your referral will click on the link > fill out the new customer information to create an account > and then will become a prospect at your gym.
After an account is created, when navigating to ClubReady and clicking on the new prospect > click on the Profile icon > you will see the referred member:
