This article will explain the date format setting in PIQ where locations can use Month/Day/Year or Day/Month/Year formats. This setting is by location.
Selecting Date Format Option
Navigate to Admin Portal > Manage > Site Locations > Edit Location > Choose Date Format. You will see the option defaults to Month/Day/Year but when clicking on the drop down, you could choose Day/Month/Year.
Depending on which format is selected, it will be used to display throughout the admin portal, member portal & branded app.
Let's say Day/Month/Year is selected, this is what that will look like in the different platforms:
Admin Portal - Reservations Page
Member Portal - Reserve A Spot
Custom Branded App
On the branded app, version 6.7+, users will see the date format setting applied on their Profile. Navigate to Profile > My Profile Info > and view/select the date of birth.
