This article will walk you through keeping track of users and their vaccination status.
1. Locate User and Mark Proof of Vaccination
Navigate to PIQ > Users > All Users > Edit Pencil next to the client.
Provided Proof of Vaccination > Switch the Toggle to Yes.
2. Viewing Proof of Vaccination
When Yes is selected, a syringe icon will appear next to their name in the User list and on the Reservations page.
Refer to the examples below:
- PIQ > Users > All Users
- Reservations > Select Class > Table View
- At the top of the Table View > select to sort based on vaccination status
