This article will walk you through recommended steps to ensure your classes match both in ClubReady and PIQ.
1. Sync Classes
Navigate in PIQ to Class Types > Sync Classes for the next 60 days.
2. Setup Staff for Scheduling in ClubReady
Navigate in ClubReady to Setup > Scheduling > Staff Scheduling. Click on the trainer's name.
(Make sure if they are under the column labeled Employees Not Assigned to select the Add button).
Select Yes for Enabled For Bookings?
3. Sync Instructors
Navigate in PIQ to Instructors > Sync Instructors.
Once this is completed, the staff member should show in the app.
