- To generate a direct booking link, you first need to have a PerformanceIQ setup with synchronized classes.
- If you do NOT want the class to show on their online booking calendar for normal scheduling be sure to follow the steps under the ClubReady Site section.
PerformanceIQ Site
1. Visit their PIQ Site (Example: https://appdemo.myperformanceiq.com/bookings)
2. Obtain the booking link for a class by clicking on a specific class on their schedule (https://appdemo.myperformanceiq.com/bookings/SpotReservation/6903674)
3. The last part of the URL needs to be replaced with the class ID of the event you’d like customers to directly book into.
4. The direct booking link for this class would be (https://appdemo.myperformanceiq.com/bookings/SpotReservation/6638563)
ClubReady Site
1. Under the Class Setup (Setup > Scheduling > Classes/Group) confirm that ‘Allow Booking Directly Into Class’ is set to 'No' for that specific class.
2. Under the 'Booking Settings' also for that class, confirm that ‘Customers Can Book Online’ is enabled.
