The flow steps breakdown what your customer will experience when you utilize PerformanceIQ (PIQ) Widgets.

- The expected flow is based off of your widget configuration.
Flow Steps
1. Location Selection (Admin Preset) OR Location Selection (Customer Chooses)
2. Classes/Service Booking Page
3. Classes Services Selection
4. Schedule View Options
5. Class/Service Selection and Package Handling
6. Lead Form Submission
7. Payment Handling
8. Post-Payment Confirmation
9. Waiver Signing
1. Location Selection (Admin Pre-Selection aka 'Choose locations now' setting)
- Condition: If a location is selected on the admin side.
- Effect: The user will not have the ability to select a location in the Stranger to Member process.
2. Location Selection (User Required)
- Condition: If no location is selected by the admin.
- Effect: The user will see a screen requiring them to select a location.
3. Class/Service Booking Page
- Condition: If Class and/or Service bookings are enabled.
- Effect: The user will be taken to the booking page.
4. Class/Service Selection Options
- The user can change the date.
- The user can filter classes by instructor name, class name, or service type.
5. Schedule View Options
- The user can view the class and/or service schedule in a list view by clicking the day button.
6. Class/Service Selection and Package Handling
- Condition: If a package is not selected on the admin side.
- Effect: The user will be directed to the Select Package page.
- Otherwise: The user will be taken to the lead form to sign up.
7. Lead Form Submission

Once the user successfully fills out the lead form:
- Condition: If the account already exists.
- Effect: A small message will be displayed at the bottom of the page indicating the existing account.
8. Payment Handling
- Condition: If payment is required.
- Effect: The user will be directed to the payment page to pay for the class or service package.
9. Post-Payment Confirmation
- Condition: If payment is successful and no waiver is required.
- Effect: The user will be taken to a confirmation page.
10. Waiver Signing
- Condition: If a waiver needs to be signed.
- Effect: The user will be taken to the waiver page to fill out the waiver.
- Once the waiver is completed, the user can select the button below it to book the class/service and finalize the waiver signing.
