This guide will walk you step-by-step on how to create a new Widget.
1. New Widget: Click the "New Widget" button to open the widget configuration dialog.
2. Provide Required Information: Fill out the necessary fields.
- Widget Name: Must be unique.

Booking Options:
- "Book Classes": Allows users to pick a class from the calendar or list on the widget.
- NOTE: If a package is selected in the "Package Options," the class list will filter to display only classes available for booking with the credits associated with the chosen package.
- "No Booking": Disables booking for this widget.
- Payment Options:
- "Collect payment info regardless of the package price".
- "Collect payment info only if the package is not free".
- "Never collect payment info".
3. Select Prospect Type: Choose the Prospect Type associated with this widget. It will be included in the user's data when a prospect is created using the widget.
4. Choose Your Widget Location:
- "Allow user to choose location on widget": Users select the location from a list on the widget.
- "Choose locations now": Select one or multiple locations from the dropdown.

- Single Location: The widget will be specific to that location, and users cannot switch locations.
- Multiple Locations: A unique widget will be created for each selected location.
- All Locations: A unique widget will be created for every active location.
5. Assign a Package Option: If enabled, options to;
- If one location is selected, the package dropdown list will reflect that location's packages.
- If multiple or all locations are selected, the dropdown list will reflect corporate-level packages only.
6. Waiver Options:
- Available only if one location is selected.
- Reflects location-level presentations created in ClubReady.
- Waiver options will not show if multiple locations are selected because they are tied to specific locations.
