To ensure that your customer's results are sent from InBody to PerformanceIQ (PIQ) make sure that the phone number entered into the InBody scale mirrors their PIQ profile account.
Please Note:
- DO NOT include the country code.
- DO NOT make up a random ID number in the InBody scale.
- DO NOT add the customer's client ID from ClubReady into the InBody scale.
- DO make sure that the ID number mirrors their PIQ profile number.
PIQ Customer View: The customer can retrieve their profile by logging into PIQ, clicking on Profile, and locate the Phone Number section.
Pro Tip: You should have this set as a required field.
PIQ Staff View: Within your Admin Panel settings, under the Users tab you can locate your member, and click the edit pencil to see what their phone number is set as.
InBody Scale: When your customer is entering their information, they are required to " input a unique User ID to track their progress". The "User ID" should match their phone number, the same phone number that is within their profile in PIQ.
