2. Two isolated WiFi networks
- The router being used cannot be Simultaneous Dual Band.
- If the router is dual band, the 5GHz band must be disabled
- Only the 2.4GHz band should be enabled
- The minimum recommended WiFi is 15Mbps DOWNLOAD and 5Mbps UPLOAD
NOTE: For additional WiFi coverage, we recommend the Ubiquiti UniFi AP-LR access point: Unifi-Access Point. We recommend having an IT professional install the access point
3. Netgear N300 Router
NOTES:
- The PIQ computer must be used exclusively for the PIQ system. It cannot be used for any other application as this may cause interruptions to the PIQ program. Running other applications or downloading content to the PIQ computer may compromise the software and your PIQ client database.
- Please ensure that your entire staff is aware that this computer will solely be used to run the PIQ software and should not be used for any other tasks. Owners should take all precautions to prevent any other software from being loaded onto this computer.
