This article will help guide you through completing the required information on the branded app submission form for our team to build and submit your app for approval.

1. Desired App Name
This is the name that will appear as the title of your app. When searching for the app in the App Store, it will be located at the top. An app name can be up to 30 characters long.

2. iOS Developer Account Login Email and Password
This is the email and password being used for your Apple Developer Account. Our team uses your login credentials to access your Apple Developer Account in order to build your app and submit it for approval.
NOTE: If you do not wish to provide your Apple Developer Account login credentials, you can give our team access by creating another user account in your Apple Developer Account and making this user account an Admin or App Manager.
Ensure that you have enabled ‘Access to Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles’. Please use the piqdevops@clubready.com email when creating the user account.
Here are instructions on creating a new user account for our team:
- Login to App Store Connect (https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/).
- Open the Users and Access section.
- Click the '+' button in the top-left corner of the page.
- Enter the new users details.
- Grant the user with at least the Admin or App Manager role.
- Enable 'Access to Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles'.
3. App Subtitle
This is a short series of words that appears below your app name. An app subtitle name can be up to 30 characters long.

4. Privacy Policy URL
This is meant to direct users to a page on your website outlining policies/waivers at your business. This is optional. If you do not have a privacy policy URL, enter none on the form.

5. Promotional Text
The promotional text appears at the top of the description and can be up to 170 characters long. You can update promotional text at any time without having to submit a new version of your app. Consider using this to share the latest news about your app, such as limited-time sales or upcoming features.

6. App Description
The app description is located below your promotional text. It is meant to highlight the features and functionality of your app. The ideal description is a concise, informative paragraph followed by a short list of main features. You can update your app’s description when you submit a new version of your app. If you want to share important updates more frequently, consider using your promotional text instead.

7. SEO Keywords
Keywords help determine where your app displays in search results. Choose keywords based on words you think your audience will use to find an app like yours. At least one keyword is required and max of up to 100 characters can be entered for the keywords field in the app form.

8. Marketing URL
This is your website URL. If you do not have website, enter none on the form.

9. App Icon
The app icon is a smaller, simplified version of your logo. It appears next to your app title when searching your app in the App Store and is the first image users will see when finding your app. It is the image that will appear on the user’s phone once the app has been downloaded and installed. Only PNG format is accepted and sizing no larger than 2000 x 2000 px.

10. App Splash Screen
When the user clicks to open the app, there is a small loading period that occurs before the app opens. The splash screen image appears during this transition time and serves as an aesthetic piece for the user to view while waiting for the app to open. Using your logo is a common option for the splash screen. Only PNG format is accepted and sizing no larger than 4000 x 4000 px.

11. App Store Featured Image
When the user is viewing your app in the App Store, there are a series of images showcasing your app. Since you do not have screenshots of your app, our team will handle these images. You can just upload an image of your logo for the App Store Featured Image field on the form. Only PNG format is accepted and sizing no larger than 1024 x 500 px.
